For Airdrie Home Builders
When a build schedule is tight, foundations are where days get lost. Screw piles take that wait out: there's no curing time, so framing can start the afternoon the piles go in, and installs run year-round, so frozen ground doesn't push a start date to spring. One price covers engineering, piles, install and layout, and every pile comes with a torque record for inspectors and engineers.

RTM and Modular Homes
Pile foundations set to exact heights so the site is ready the day the house arrives, with caps and beam seats welded on site.

Garages and Decks
Engineered piles sized for the load, from decks and pergolas to single or multi-car garages, with no digging or concrete mess.

Lifts and Underpinning
Foundation lifts and underpinning to bring settled additions or steps back to level.

Airdrie Screw Pile FAQ
Are screw piles accepted by engineers for house foundations?
Yes. Every job goes through an engineer to confirm pile size, and the torque record proves each pile's capacity.
Can screw piles go in during winter?
Yes. Unlike concrete, screw piles install in all weather, including frozen ground.
What size piles do you use for a garage?
It depends on the garage's size and load. Our most common pile is 3½", and larger piles are used for heavier structures.
Do I need to be home for the install?
No, as long as the crew has access to the site.
